We have provided this website for your use, subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read these carefully. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, we therefore recommend that you review these terms and conditions each time you visit the website.

The following applies to all products on order except for products in stock:  We have all the rights to either cancel the order due to the model being discontinued by the manufacturer or to inform the customer of delays due to unavoidable circumstances.

• We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, information and images of our products. Please note there may be slight variations with the actual product.
• Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
• Free Delivery: Free Delivery is available on purchase over $99

Acceptance of Orders: Dispatch of orders is subject to stock availability and you will be advised if a product is unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil, or are unable to fulfil, an order.

Delivery

We only supply to New Zealand addresses. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.
