RETURN POLICY 

Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
All items are able to be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in – including sale items.  Opened, damaged or used products may occur a 20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return, depending on the scenario. We will however ship your exchange item(s) back to you free of charge. 

G Shop returns department operates Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Please contact support@gshed.co.nz to start the return process.
  2. Once your return good(s) are received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods for refund, repair, or replacement (if and as applicable) will be made to you within a reasonable amount of time
  3. if the item is faulty, in accordance with Consumer Laws. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.
  4. All Items must be couriered back to us as we operate explicitly online. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item until it is delivered to us, and we highly recommend returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss.  You must include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package and ship the return package.
  5. We will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges.
  6. Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to G Shed in the original packaging and in good condition including watch instruction booklets, warranty cards and extras that was included within it. 
  7. Please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. In the event a packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods and, in an event like above our Staff will get in touch with you for a solution.
  8. If you were delivered with a faulty item, please inform G Shed team within 36 hours of receiving the item. Faulty items must be returned in the same way described above.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund. Opened, damaged or used products may occur a 20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return, depending on the scenario. Once approved refunds will be made to the buyer in the same manner as the purchase. Funds may take up to 7 working days to process.

Faulty items

If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be eligible to receive a replacement provided that you inform us within a 30-day period.

If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) and you return it outside of 30 days of ownership, we will require your item to be sent for warranty claim for up to 24months* (*refer warranty information)

Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.

Cancellation
Either party (GShop Ltd or the buyer) has the right to cancel an order. Notification via email must be made prior to orders being dispatched. No more than 24 hours after purchase. In this case funds will be returned in full to the buyer in the same manner which was purchased. After the buyer receives verification of the refund, funds may take up to 7 working days to process.
